At what time can we check in ?We thank you for planning your arrival no sooner than 3pm to allow for the cleaning, preparation and sanitizing of the place for you.

What time should we check-out by?Check-out time is 11am.

Do you have a parking ?Yes, we do. We have free driveway parking on premises. If you have more than one car, you can park in front of our farmhouse.

Do you allow my dog?Yes we do. We love a dog that is fully house trained and treated against fleas. We thank you for making sure that you are picking up your dog waste and ensuring that your dog is not left alone.

Can I take an extra person/infant?The total number of people must not exceed 2. However, for an infant under 2 years old can stay with no extra cost. We can provide a travel cot, mattress and high chair but please bring your child's bed linen and blanket.

How far is your cottage from Bath?We are about 10 miles south from Bath. There is a bus service that takes 30 minutes to Bath Center. Taxi can be expensive and we do recommend a car to come and stay.

Will I need to bring my own towels and shower gels?No. All essential amenities and linens are provided.

When will I get the key to the cottage?You will receive a code for the self check in by 24h before your check in time.

Do you offer any discount?We do offer a 10% discount for 2 nights or more stays. Don't hesitate to contact us for enquiries.

What if I cancel my stay?If you have to cancel your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. You will get refund if you cancel it at least 5 days before your check in date. Please note the booking fee is not refundable.
